How it works
Create account
After downloading The Café Compass Business app you can easily set up your café account. Fill in the necessary details, verify your phone number, add opening hours, pictures and your logo, and connect your café to Stripe. After all this is done it normally takes us about 1 day to verify your café and make it visible in the app. In the mean time you can have a look around, make your first offers and get familiar with the app.
Add your first offer
Based on what your café needs you can pick a new offer to create. Do you want to attract more new customers? Create an offer that only targets customers who have never been to your café before. Do you want to reward regulars? Create an offer that gives a reward to customers every 5th or 10th visit. Do you want to wake up sleeping customers? Create an offer that is only visible for customers that have been to your café before, but have not visited for 30, 60 or 90 days. The options are endless and you can tailor the offer to fit your needs.
Start accepting wallet payments
After connecting your bank account you can start accepting payments. The customer shows a QR code when they want to pay, and you scan the code. The money is then moved from the customer’s wallet to your café account. The system automatically applies any eligible discount, and you’ll see a clear overview of every payment. At any moment you can export a summary of all payments to keep your bookkeeping in order.
Track results & payouts
In the Café Hub you can see exactly how your café is performing. You’ll see the number of new customers and the number of returning customers, all in one simple overview. From here you can create new offers based on the numbers. Payouts happen automatically: every week you’ll receive the money in your bank account along with a weekly summary to keep your finances in order.
